Youth will celebrate the end of summer at a pool party at the Hetrick’s home.

Youth Mudcats Game
Youth are invited to enjoy a baseball game, followed by fireworks, at Five County Stadium. The Carolina Mudcats will take on the Lynchburg Hillcats.

Youth Sunset and Sunset Slush
Youth will meet on the front lawn at 7:30 p.m. to watch the sunset and then travel to Sunset Slush for a frozen treat to end the night.

Sanctuary Choir "3 Bar" Dinner
The sanctuary choir will meet in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 p.m. for a salad bar, a potato bar and a dessert bar. Rehearsal will follow dinner. This is the perfect time for new members to join the choir! Please let Barbara Glasgow know if you plan to attend.

Senior Adult Cookout
All Senior Adults are invited to a cookout at noon in the Fellowship Hall with hamburgers and hot dogs and all the trimmings. A time of games will follow. The cost is $3 per person. Please let Barbara Glasgow or the church office know if you will attend by noon on Monday, Aug. 11.

Welcome to Youth Dinner
Rising 8th-grade youth and their families, as well as current youth and their families, are invited to the Blue Room for a special dinner. Families are encouraged to bring a side and dessert to supplement the chicken that will be provided. We will also go over the fall 2025 youth calendar.

Wednesday Night Kickoff Event
Mark your calendars now for our Wednesday Night Kickoff Celebration! The event will include a hot dog and hamburger dinner, inflatables and lots of fun! All are welcome to come and learn about our opportunities for missions, music and Bible Study, and enjoy the fun and fellowship. Bring your friends and neighbors; this event will be open to the community!

ZBCY 2025 Mission Trip
The youth in 10th-12th grade will have a chance to participate in the youth mission trip this summer. We are going to Cultivate Abundance in Immokalee, Florida, July 20-27, and partnering with CBF Field Personnel, Ellen and Rick Burnette.
Cultivate Abundance is an organization addressing food insecurity and other livelihood challenges of low-income farmers in the communities of Southwest Florida.
Their mission is to mobilize appropriate resources to eliminate hunger and enable small-scale food production in vulnerable households and communities. Our youth will be preparing for this mission trip throughout the year with team meetings and then plugging into Cultivate Abundances’ mission projects once we arrive.

Senior Adult Movie
Senior adults will meet in the Fellowship Hall to watch White Bird. Make sure to arrive a little early to get your candy, popcorn and drink!

Passport Choices
Our kids who have completed 7th-12th grades will head to Converse University in Spartanburg, South Carolina, for a creative discipleship camp that allows students the freedom to customize their camp experience, explore their passions and inform their faith journey through missions, mentorship and fun!

Vacation Bible School
Come join us this summer June 30-July 3 from 9 a.m.-noon for Vacation Bible School. Classes will be available for rising kindergarteners to rising eighth-graders.
This year, we will take kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure. As they trek the tundra, they’ll discover how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Guiding them toward Jesus, True North VBS reveals that He is a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!

Youth Sunday Night Live
Youth will meet at Lauren and Jackson Glasgow’s home to finish their enneagram study and enjoy dinner together.

Youth White Lake Water Park Day
Youth will go to the White Lake Water Park to enjoy a day together. Sign up by Sunday, June 22, if you plan to attend. Youth will need to bring $22 for a ticket purchased at the park, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.
Additionally, youth will need to pack a bagged lunch (we will store in the cooler) or money for lunch. We will stop and get dinner at a fast food restaurant on the way home. Please Lauren Glasgow with any questions.

Passport Kids
Our kids who have completed 3rd-6th grades will head to Pfeiffer University for fun, faith-building programming and hands-on missions education.

Senior Adult Outing to the Farmers' Market
Our Senior Adults will enjoy breakfast at the State Farmers’ Market Restaurant and shopping for fresh fruit and vegetables afterward. The Nahunta Pork Center at the Farmers’ Market is also open on Thursday. We will leave the church at 8:15 a.m.
Please let Barbara Glasgow or the church office know by Tuesday, June 17 if you plan on attending.

Newcomers Luncheon
All who are new to Zebulon Baptist Church or who are interested in learning more about our church are invited to lunch in the Fellowship Hall. You may have already joined our congregation or you may have just recently arrived, but this is a great way for us to begin to get to know each other better and for you to get to know a little more about ZBC life!

Let's Go to the Ballpark!
Come enjoy Mudcats fun together with Zebulon Baptist Church at Five County Stadium, 1501 NC 39 Highway, Zebulon. Our Carolina Mudcats will play the Charleston RiverDogs. Tickets are $16 per person and include your seat, one hot dog and one bottle of water. Purchase your tickets through the church office. Go as a Sunday School class! Invite your neighbors! Stay for the fireworks!

ZBCY End-of-Year Cookout
Youth are encouraged to bring their favorite cookout side and/or dessert to share in the Blue Room.

Senior Adult Picnic
All Senior Adults are invited to a picnic at the church! The lunch, just $3 per person, will be fried chicken, sandwiches, chips, brownies, cookies and tea. The picnic will be in front of Building D (in the shade near the bell). Please sign up with the church office or Barbara Glasgow by Sunday, May 18.

Juniors Lunch Outing to Cook Out
Juniors will meet in the Blue Room after worship and take the van to lunch at Cook Out in Knightdale.

Young Adult Game Night and Milkshake Contest
Young Adults are invited to bring their favorite board or card game and gather in the Fellowship Hall for fun and a “sweet” Milkshake Contest. Please RSVP to melissa.willis@myzbc.org or 919-269-7329, ext. 14 by Tuesday, May 13. Please let Melissa know if you will need childcare.

VBS Faculty Meeting
All VBS volunteers will meet in the Fellowship Hall in preparation for our VBS week June 30-July 3.

Children in preschool and kindergarten through third grade: Bring your mommies and a picnic lunch and join us at Zebulon Community Park,
401 S. Arendell Ave., for a time of fellowship and fun.

Children and Juniors Choir Concert
The Music Mates, the Cherub Choir and the Junior Choir will perform a spring concert in the Sanctuary.
Weather permitting, cookies and lemonade will be served in the Courtyard following the performance.

K-3 and Juniors Family Day
Join us for a potluck lunch and a time of conversation with Shannon while Nathaniel entertains the kids.

Youth Kentucky Derby Party
Join us for our annual Kentucky Derby Party in the Blue Room. Come for fun and refreshments!

ZBCY Spring Lock In
The ZBCY "Made New" Spring Lock In is Friday, April 18, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Youth will need to bring $15 for late night bowling and around $10 for a meal off campus. Sign up by Sunday, April 13, by going to the link below.

Good Friday Prayer Event
Enter our sanctuary on Good Friday to pray, reflect, meditate and commune with God. You are welcome to use our prayer guide or simply pray as you need to.

Maundy Thursday Service
On the Thursday of Holy Week, we gather to remember the Last Supper Jesus shared with his disciples, and then transition to a time of darkness (tenebrae) to reflect on Jesus’ betrayal, arrest, humiliation and crucifixion.

Holy Week Lunch and Devotional
Join us in our Fellowship Hall for a meaningful time of meditation, followed by a luncheon.

Choir Performances and Easter Egg Hunt
The Music Mates, the Cherub Choir and the Junior Choir will sing in the sanctuary, with an egg-tastic Easter egg hunt to follow.

Once Upon a Tree
Our Zebulon Baptist Church Choir will sing at Meymandi Concert Hall with 265 other voices and an orchestra on Sunday evening, April 6. We will present the Easter musical, Once Upon a Tree, written and directed by Pepper Choplin. Before the musical begins, the audience is invited to sing hymns with the choir and orchestra. Tickets are available at the church office or with Barbara Glasgow. A $15 donation is appreciated. Students (high school and younger) are free.
Please remember the bag policy at Meymandi: All bags are subject to search and must meet size requirements. A small clutch or wallet is recommended and no bags larger than 12” x 12” x 10” will be allowed (this includes backpacks, camera bags and oversized purses). *Diaper bags are allowed for guests with infants and toddlers (child must be present).

Spring Senior Adult Rally
Our Senior Adults will be attending the rally at Hayes Barton Baptist Church in Raleigh, leaving ZBC at 9 a.m. You must have already pre-registered with Barbara Glasgow to attend. Lunch will be served.
